The Immunology Laboratory supports high-dimensional immune analysis using Mass Cytometry and Flow Cytometry.

The Immunology Laboratory uses a variety of high-dimensional immune analysis techniques such as CyTOF, Imaging Mass Cytometry, and Flow Cytometry to precisely analyze the phenotype and function of immune cells at the single-cell level.

In particular, beyond animal specimens, it provides full-cycle research support—from antibody panel design and experiment execution to data analysis—for clinical blood and tissue specimens, elucidating immunological mechanisms linked to actual clinical diseases. Through this, it is leading precision immunology research across diverse fields such as infectious diseases, cancer, and autoimmune diseases.
