Usage Guide
Use of the laboratory is divided into analysis service requests and self-use equipment, where researchers operate the equipment directly. Please review the procedure that matches your purpose before proceeding.
Analysis Service Request Procedure
Before submitting an analysis request, discuss the analysis topic, scope, and schedule through a consultation request before proceeding.
Submit Analysis Consultation
- Fill in the analysis topic, scope, and other details to request a consultation
Discuss Analysis Topic, Scope & Schedule
- Discuss the analysis topic, scope, and schedule with a Genomics Laboratory staff member
Complete Analysis Request Form
- Enter the research project, requester, and sample information on the Analysis Request Form
- Submit by email to the person in charge (21718@snuh.org)
Sample Receipt
- Deliver the samples required for the experiment
Sample Analysis
- Sample analysis
Results Delivery
- Deliver the sample analysis results
Fee Billing & Payment (following month)
- The researcher makes payment after receiving the invoice
Self-Use Equipment Procedure
Self-use equipment means the researcher operates the equipment directly, following the procedure below.
Equipment Training Application
- Complete the self-use equipment training application form
Training Schedule Confirmation
- Confirm the training date with the person in charge
Complete Equipment Training
- Visit the Genomics Laboratory on the training date to complete the equipment training
- Equipment reservation privileges are granted only to those who have completed the training
CMI Equipment Reservation
- Make an advance reservation through the CMI equipment reservation system
- Submit a supplies application form if needed
Equipment Use
- Use the equipment during the reserved time
- Complete the usage log after use
Fee Billing & Payment (following month)
- The researcher makes payment after receiving the invoice
